Last year, we introduced the Tenant Power Act - a legislative path to addressing the housing crisis at the national and local levels. We are excited to announce that the bill will be introduced in the New York legislature later this month. Our team is ramping up efforts to build support and get the bill passed, so we can create the conditions for mass tenant power. We encourage you to join us for the launch - more updates soon!
