We were deeply honored to co-host the The Border Is A Story Convening in Los Angeles in collaboration with our Advisory Board Members, Kelly Lytle Hernandez and Alex Rivera. This immersive three-day event, was held at Arizona State University’s California Center in Los Angeles from September 19-22, and brought together 20 accomplished storytellers - organizers, filmmakers, playwrights, journalists and historians - to explore and reimagine borderlands as spaces of connection, resilience, and possibility. We're grateful for the support of the MacArthur and Mellon Foundations for helping to make this gathering possible.
