Prior to joining BRIC and CUFFH, Chris was the Executive Director for Friends of the BQX, a forward thinking organization who's goal was to build NYC's first modern Light Rail system. He has also worked for the Working Families Party, where he helped lead winning campaigns in Arizona, Wisconsin, and most recently, for Jumaane Williams in New York City’s 2019 Public Advocate special election. Chris began his organizing career with the WFP 2009 and then joined Make the Road New York’s Make the Road Action Fund as its Director of Field Operations. At Make the Road, he spent five years working to build electoral power within immigrant communities in New York and Pennsylvania, through grassroots and community driven campaigns. Chris went to Long Island University - Brooklyn for Digital Audio Production and Music Engineering. He has been a DJ since he was 12 years old and is an avid runner.
