It was an inspiring afternoon at Bushwick Campus yesterday as Anthony Ramos returned to his roots and, along with Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, announced a $40,000 grant for after-school theater education! Buzzing with excitement, students celebrated the proclamation of May 15 as 'Anthony Ramos Day,' celebrating his arts advocacy. Special thanks to the local high school performers and special guests Syrup Kids for their energy. Here's to empowering our youth and enriching our community through the arts!
