The Take a Breath Residency takes place November 14–19, 2026, at The Action Lab at Bailey Farms in Ossining, New York.
The self-guided residency gives organizers, movement leaders, artists, healers, and community leaders time for rest and reflection. It includes meals, movement, and mindfulness, and is free for selected participants.
Apply by October 16. Applicants will be notified by October 23.
