About this event

The Solidarity Organizing Initiative invites organizers, community leaders, advocates, and anyone interested in building collective power to join Power in Solidarity, a one-day skill-building training focused on strengthening the tools and strategies needed to organize effective campaigns and create lasting social change.

Through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and collaborative learning, participants will explore core organizing principles, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in building relationships, mobilizing communities, and taking strategic action. Whether you are new to organizing or an experienced leader, this training offers an opportunity to deepen your practice while connecting with others committed to justice and collective action.

Power in Solidarity is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people organize together, build strong relationships, and develop the skills necessary to transform their communities. Participants will leave with practical organizing tools, new connections, and a stronger foundation for ongoing movement building.
