About this event

The Action Lab’s roots in Bushwick run deep, through our Anchor Partners and our staff’s organizing work there over many years. We could not be more excited to be presenting a special event alongside Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso with actor and singer Anthony Ramos at the Bushwick Campus. An inspiring opportunity for hundreds of students to meet Anthony, who grew up just blocks from the campus at Hope Gardens Public Housing, the event will offer dance and spoken word performances as well as a panel with Anthony moderated by Borough Pres. Reynoso about the intersection of social justice and the arts. RSVP here!
