The Action Lab has been at the forefront of efforts to innovate public policies that revitalize our democracy and build power through mass-based organization. In particular,** The Action Lab has been working on state and federal legislation to catalyze statewide and building-specific tenant unions. **In partnership with a range of state and national partners, we are preparing to launch NY and national campaigns in the coming months, and have created bilingual community education materials to spark understanding and conversation about the idea.
