Worker Justice
The Action Lab supports economic justice and worker organizing across New York State. We support worker organizing initiatives by developing law and organizing training materials, providing strategic campaign support, providing legal support and services, and convening opportunities for intergenerational and interdisciplinary learning across silos in the labor movement. By supporting organizing the workplace and fostering creative and actionable strategies for workers to win increased power and improved wages and working conditions, our worker justice project sparks innovative and high impact campaigns and justice for low wage workers.
